Terms and Conditions

• - This is a limited time offer  
  - This offer is only valid for Construction Industries customers.
  - The rebuild must be carried out within the Finning RRR network.
  - Rebuild estimate must be signed through PSET (Product Support Estimating Tool) working with a Finning representative  
  - This offer does not apply to rebuilds in progress or won prior to September 1, 2023
  - For the Bronze Rebuild Offer, the dealer rebuild must amount to a minimum of $150,000 before taxes to qualify.
  - For the Silver Rebuild Offer, the dealer rebuild must amount to a minimum of $250,000 before taxes to qualify.
  - For the Gold Rebuild Offer, the dealer rebuild must amount to a minimum of $350,000 before taxes to qualify.
  - The $5 per hour labor credit is only available for customers without labor loyalty and cannot be added to an existing agreed-upon L-SPA.
  - Freight coverage is provided for up to a total of $10,000 (including travel to and from the branch). Additional travel expenses will be billed to the customer.
  - Cat Finance: Certain exceptions apply. Account approval conditions from CAT FI must be met.
  - Finning Dealer Rebuild Criteria:  2 or more major components and over $150K
  - Cat Dealer Rebuild requirements must be met to qualify for Cat Dealer Rebuild Coverage options
  - Travel coverage - Finning will pay for, either: reasonable ground transportation of its warranty technicians to perform a warranty repair, up to a maximum of 500 kilometers (roundtrip) on maintained roadways which do not impede a reasonable rate of travel, or reasonable freight charges for the Equipment and/or parts.
• - Free paint and sandblast offer is capped at $15,000 for CPT/CPT+H and $7,500 Dealer Rebuild.

• *Cat Card can be used, and Cat Vantage Points are earned, on qualifying purchases at participating Cat dealers, The Cat Rental Store, Parts.Cat.Com, and Cat Central. Cat Central is currently only available in the U.S. Customers who finance their rebuild through their Cat Card will earn reward points on said purchase. Reward points are redeemed for Cat Credits, which can be applied to purchases of parts, service, sales, rentals and work tools at participating Cat dealers, The Cat Rental Store, or at any other participating dealer or authorized vendor in the country of issuance.
