2023 Retail Loyalty Program

Finning customers who own a small fleet (1-15 Caterpillar machines) are eligible to join our 2023 Incentive Program. To get started, fill out the details below. 

Terms and Conditions

Must request activation into the rewards program prior to February 28, 2023

In order to accepted/qualify, customer must:

• Have a Cat fleet between 1 and 15 units (machine units, engines do not qualify)
• Not currently enrolled or eligible for other Finning or Caterpillar discount programs
• Have a Finning customer number
• It is your responsibility to ensure you are authorized by your organization to participate in this program

• Limit 1 reward per company (based on Finning customer number). In case of multiple people sign-up from the same qualifying organization, the reward certificates will be provided to the first enrolled person.
• Rewards are based on the purchases under the customer number. No transferring or consolidation of spend between accounts.
• Previous purchases invoiced in 2022 do not qualify. Eligible spend is only on parts orders and must invoice prior to June 30, 2023.
• Limited to first 400 customers accepted into the program
• By registering for this incentive program, Finning will use your contact information to inform you about this program and provide you will rewards earned
• Finning in it's sole discretion to determine final eligibility 
• Finning may at its sole discretion modify or cancel the 2023 Retail Incentive/Loyalty Program at any time and for any reason
• All rewards earned will be calculated at the end of the program (June 30, 2023) and corresponding gift cards provided in electronic format in 4-6 weeks following June 30, 2023
